We are seeking to appoint a DT Technician to support our thriving Design and Technology Department at Monmouth School for Boys.

You will be required to work 37½ hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm, term time plus 18 days during the school holidays plus Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm term time (excluding quiet weekends).

Salary £24,122 (FTE) to £25,955 (FTE) per annum depending upon skills and experience.

We are seeking to recruit additional On Call Health Care Assistants to join our nursing team.

You will be required to work on an ‘On Call’ rota basis during term time to cover the medical needs of pupils/isolation Monday to Friday during the night from 7.30pm to 7.30am and at weekends, either 7.30am to 7.30pm or 7.30pm to 7.30am.  You will receive a retainer when you are on call together with an hourly rate of pay if you are called out.

Retainer £20.81 per shift 7.30pm to 7.30am and £52.03 per shift 7.30am to 7.30pm (Saturday and Sunday).  If called out you will receive £12.37 per hour from call out to the end of that shift.

Experience with young people and a calm, kind nature is essential.

We are seeking to recruit some volunteers to join our dedicated theatre team at The Blake Theatre, Monmouth School for Boys.

In return for a bit of work before a show, during intervals and after a show you will be able to watch the show for free.  You will usually be required for approximately one hour before the performance begins and need to stay for a short time afterwards.  Staff are directly responsible to the Theatre Managers. The Theatre produces a dynamic schedule of theatrical events for both internal and external clients. The dedicated team of casual Front of House staff are invaluable in their presentation of these venues and in creating an excellent impression of the wider school.
