 The Executive Head is now looking to appoint a new Director of Admissions and Marketing to bring together the Admissions and Marketing functions to ensure the image and messaging of the School is both compelling and impactful. This person will spearhead significant growth to the HMS enrolment, particularly in the boarding market, both nationally and internationally.  The Director of Admissions and Marketing will report to the Executive Head and sit on the School’s Executive Team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Board of Governors towards the School’s ambitious aims and objectives.

This role requires a high-calibre professional who can demonstrate established and effective leadership skills combined with an extensive marketing, admissions or marketing-led sales background and with a commitment to the very highest standards.  The successful candidate will be a natural relationship-builder with the capacity to work with teaching and non-teaching colleagues alike to help create the future student body and spread awareness of Haberdashers’ Monmouth School’s distinctive strengths, USPs and achievements.  This person will be dynamic and tenacious in their approach and wholly committed to helping to lead the school community into its next chapter.

We are seeking to recruit additional On Call Health Care Assistants to join our nursing team.

You will be required to work on an ‘On Call’ rota basis during term time to cover the medical needs of pupils/isolation Monday to Friday during the night from 7.30pm to 7.30am and at weekends, either 7.30am to 7.30pm or 7.30pm to 7.30am.  You will receive a retainer when you are on call together with an hourly rate of pay if you are called out.

Retainer £21.85 per shift 7.30pm to 7.30am and £54.63 per shift 7.30am to 7.30pm (Saturday and Sunday).  If called out you will receive £12.99 per hour from call out to the end of that shift.

Experience with young people and a calm, kind nature is essential.

We are seeking to recruit some volunteers to join our dedicated theatre team at The Blake Theatre, Monmouth School for Boys.

In return for a bit of work before a show, during intervals and after a show you will be able to watch the show for free.  You will usually be required for approximately one hour before the performance begins and need to stay for a short time afterwards. Staff are directly responsible to the Theatre Managers. The Theatre produces a dynamic schedule of theatrical events for both internal and external clients. The dedicated team of casual Front of House staff are invaluable in their presentation of these venues and in creating an excellent impression of the wider school.
