A talented golfer at Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools has been picked to play for Wales in a prestigious three-day competition in South Yorkshire.
Megan, from Year 13, will be representing Wales in the Girls’ and Boys’ Home Internationals at Lindrick Golf Club from 8th to 10th August.
Teams from Wales, England, Ireland and Scotland – made up of 16 players (seven girls and nine boys) – will be involved in the competition.
Played over 18 holes, each match will consist of seven foursomes games (three girls and four boys) and 14 singles games (six girls and eight boys).
Team positions will be determined by the highest number of match points.
