The Year 7 pupils at Monmouth School for Boys have been learning about the concept of karma in Buddhism, as part of their Religious Studies.
The boys produced their own snakes and ladders games to help them to think about the actions that would result in good or bad karma; created beautiful mandalas; and enjoyed a relaxing meditation in the library, with the Head of Libraries, Ms Saffron Williams, that focused on the mindfulness of breathing.
