It was all about the headgear when pupils and staff at Monmouth School for Boys raised money for Brain Tumour Research.
They were delighted to wear headgear in support of Wear A Hat Day, which has raised more than £2million nationally since it was first launched in 2010.
People paid £1 to wear their own headgear to school. The money will go towards funding research at Brain Tumour Research UK Centres of Excellence and supporting campaigning activity to influence UK governments and larger cancer charities to invest more money into research nationally to find curative treatments for all types of brain tumours.
