It was a very mathematical morning for Year 5 and their Year 2 visitors on Wednesday. With the addition of a few extra bodies, numbers in the playground were multiplied, somewhat. The Year 2 children were divided into smaller groups and shown around the multitude of mathematical based activities on offer. The Year 5 children demonstrated the order in which the activities should be undertaken. By subtracting the children from their usual teachers, it encouraged the older children to develop their mastery in a range of mathematical skills. Well done, all!
