Years 5 and 6 had a busy and a noisy morning last Thursday.

After a quick walk to the Blake Theatre they joined forces with two local schools to take part in a percussion work shop.

Everyone learnt about the different types of percussion instruments and their role, before enjoying an excellent demonstration. Some of the girls were lucky enough to take part as well! After the final roof-raising demonstration we enjoyed a drink and a biscuit before heading back to school to continue our lessons.
