Year Five had their awesome Antarctica projects judged by our guest speaker this week.

Rachel Morgan, Director of the UK Antarctic Heritage Trust, was very impressed with the depth of research and the level of knowledge and understanding shown in the work presented. The information was displayed in a variety of creative formats – including massive models, an interactive quiz, video projects, an igloo, jelly oceans, entire food chains sculpted out of clay, a plethora of penguins, PowerPoints, and posters. This made the judging extremely difficult! All of the girls received high praise, and should be very proud of their efforts! Huge congratulations to winners Rhian and Amelia!
