Huge congratulations to Dylan who has so far raised a fantastic £227 for two charities: a local care home and the Young Minds mental health charity. He raised the money by organising and hosting two online quizzes for pupils in recent weeks.
After the huge successes of the quizzes Dylan posted the following message: ‘I am pleased to report that on this Monday coming, I will be dropping off 2 digital tablets for the residents to use following successful fundraising. The care home manager is absolutely delighted, as they only currently have 1 tablet for use by all of the residents, and with the lockdown in place, this is having a big impact on everyone, so two tablets to be used to keep in touch with loved ones and family will have a really positive impact. I can also confirm that the other half of the money raised is being donated to the Young Minds Mental Health Charity.’

Well done Dylan, not only for bringing our school community together through quizzing but also helping out our wider community in such a positive way.
