October 9th, 2015The Grange Science Lab has two new residents in the shape of Indian stick insects; Warburton & Tipuric, thanks to Lloyd Thomas in Prep II who kindly donated them. The two will form part of Prep III’s current topic of Life Cycles. The stick insect is an example of an insect which undergoes incomplete metamorphosis. Warburton and Tipuric seem to have settled into life in their new home well and in the photo you can see that whilst Warburton is nearly on the ball Tipuric is clearly hanging around on the wing waiting for it!
