The U11A team performed well and came through a tough group stage, achieving two wins, one draw and one loss. In the quarter finals we faced King’s Hawford, who had won all of the games in their group. An even match finished with a flurry, with Hawford taking the lead with a minute to go. The Grange rallied to force a corner and turn the ball in for an equaliser. Still all even after three penalties each, we finally succumbed 6-5 after sudden death. After such a valiant performance, it was a hard way to leave a tournament which held so much promise. Well done to all the boys involved!
