Year 11 artists at Monmouth School for Boys enjoyed a day of printmaking, exploring colour, shape and textures.

Bristol-based artist, Sophie Rae, who specialises in illustration, printmaking and large public murals, gave superb guidance to the boys during her visit.

The students achieved remarkable outcomes using stencils to layer translucent inks and are very keen to explore these techniques further.
