Capturing ‘The spirit of Monmouth Festival’ was the design task set for key stage 3 pupils this term. This is part of a competition offered to all Monmouthshire schools, to come up with a design that will be used on the official festival T-Shirt this summer. Ideas and inspiration for their exciting designs included dancing figures and local landmarks and inspiration from artists including Henri Matisse, Keith Haring and Wassily Kandinsky and, as you can see, they definitely rose to the challenge… well done boys!
