What is The Aspire Programme?

The programme will pair all sixth formers at Haberdashers’ Monmouth School, who elect to take part, with an older peer/volunteer from the school’s Alumni communities

The aim is for these Mentors to act as a positive role models, assisting the student Mentee with guidance and support as they navigate future career and high education options.

In general, the programme aims to build confidence and relationships, to help develop resilience and character, and help channel aspirations towards a career or work sector.

It is not envisaged that the programme would be aimed at developing specific academic skills or knowledge

Who is eligible for The Aspire Mentoring Programme?

All sixth formers at Haberdashers’ Monmouth School will be invited to take part, but it is not compulsory that students are required to take part in the programme.
