Year 4 have been busy reporters this week in the wake of the dramatic Battle of Stamford Bridge.

They interviewed the key characters involved and thought long and hard about whose side their journalistic instincts supported; the defending Saxons or the Invading Vikings. They’ve been displaying their opinions loud and clear in their own newspapers, designed, produced and named by themselves! Given the quality of the work, the girls were given nothing more than a blank page on the computer screen on which to put together their entire front page. So far the results have been amazing!
