The Grange Choir performed in a splendid concert with Bargoed Male Voice Choir on Saturday (28 Feb) which included repertoire they will be using at the Music for Youth event this week. Mr Walton explained how he uses Kodály Musicianship as a tool for the boys’ learning, which included a much appreciated version of the Welsh National Anthem using solfa (singing names: do, re, mi etc). The animal songs, composed and performed by Thomas, Sam, Isaac and Dylan were a particular highlight.
