Year 4 have been working incredibly hard this week in the build up to their Year 4 assembly. With so much going on this term, it was difficult to narrow it down to just one topic. However, the girls’ sheer enthusiasm for studying Shakespeare led them on to adapt their own performance of one of the Bard’s most famous plays, Romeo and Juliet. The girls recited, dramatised and acted their way through an abridged version of the play, punctuating the events with letters and poems of their own composition.
