On Wednesday our Reception staff and children, armed with a mountain of cardboard, several rolls of parcel tape and staple guns, constructed a cardboard castle which left most junk modelling projects well and truly in the shade. The children had a wonderful day of activities and were enthused throughout. Mrs Shepherd and Miss Cross were most impressed with the problem solving and thinking skills displayed by the children, and the use of some quite complex language when describing their intentions. Very well done to all involved.
