The Nursery children were very excited to be boarding the coach and heading over the bridge to Bristol today. On arrival, they had the opportunity to build with some oversized bricks before heading into the planetarium. There were many ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ as the children embarked on a virtual voyage to the moon, calling in at Venus on the way home.  After a picnic lunch, the children had the opportunity to enjoy the wide range of interactive exhibits, with the giant bubbles being a big favourite! Our thanks to the team at the Curious Science Centre, and to the Nursery staff and helpers for organising and supervising such an enjoyable day out.
