Mrs Powell, Mrs Reynolds and their class presented a fantastic assembly on the theme of Africa on Friday morning. With African songs, interesting facts and some impressive dance moves the audience were enthralled from start to finish. Some of my personal highlights were the crocodile with an impressive hip action, a gorilla with an enormous grin and the glorious singing. At Agincourt we aim to give each child every opportunity to build the confidence to perform in front of an audience and the Year 1 children certainly did us proud on Friday.
