On Monday our Nursery children travelled to Walnut Tree Farm Park at St. Brides. They started the morning with a tour of the outside animal area where they met llamas, alpaca, goats and donkeys. The children all enjoyed the outside play equipment, particularly the newly installed boat. After a picnic lunch they were delighted to be taken for a ride on Farmer Phil’s tractor and trailer, which was the high point of the day for many of the children. They finished off their fun-filled day with an opportunity to pet some very patient rabbits and guinea pigs. Mrs Taylor and her team proclaimed it to be a really great day out.
