Summer 2020 Week 6: 5/6/2020

Summer Term – Week 6

In another busy week on Seesaw, our Nursery children have been exploring the letter ‘d’ in Literacy sessions and practising their balancing skills in PE. Reception pupils have been learning about the amazing work of the RNLI and exploring their homes for different materials. Over in Year 1, children have been refining their comprehension skills and they have completed a parachute investigation in Science. Lastly, our grown-up Year 2 team have been looking at the work of Sandra Silberzweig in their Art lessons. In Maths, they having been adding amounts of money.

In other news, I have spent some time at our Agincourt site this week and I am extremely pleased to say that building work is progressing very well. It is hoped that we will return to the building in August. As always, I thank you for your continued support. We have a fantastic community that we are so proud to serve. I would also like to take the opportunity to reassure you that the wellbeing of our precious children and staff will be paramount in all decisions and plans that we make in the coming weeks and months.
