A talented Welsh pop singer and mental health activist has spoken to pupils at Monmouth School for Girls.
Cally Rhodes has had her own struggles with mental health and body positivity.
She sang songs and discussed important topics on mental health and her own experiences with girls in Years 7 to 10.
Miss Rhodes will be supporting Will Young and James Morrison at Kew the Music 2022 and her music has been used on the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing programme.
