Prioritising decisions and thinking ‘outside the box’ were among skills learned by Senior Prefects from Monmouth Schools Sixth Form during a special Leadership training session.

Head of Sixth Form, Mrs Rees, said: “24 students took part in the training, during which they were given various scenarios and worked in groups to produce manifestos of how they see their roles within the school over the coming academic year.

“The aims of the programme were to help students to prioritise decisions and look to take the best course of action, help with time management and to think outside the box.”

The session was delivered by Inside Knowledge, a company who provide COBRA style leadership training for students.
