Inspirational guest speakers, parents, staff and students came together to celebrate the end of a successful school year at Speech Day.

Inglefield House, Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls’ prep school, welcomed back former pupil Aly Rowell who won an incredible 11 Blues at the University of Oxford.

The star addressed the children directly, telling them about her career as a sports broadcaster for the BBC, Sky and 5live.

Hilary Phillips, Head of Inglefield House, talked about the energy and dynamism within the school, represented in its maxim ‘we care, we share, we dare’.

She wished every success to the Year 6 girls moving on to their senior schools.
