Year Five have been on the hunt for historical artefacts this week, and have discovered some archaic texts from the Tudor period. They have exposed a variety of royal documents from the Tudor Kingdom that were lost during the tumultuous years that Henry VIII broke from Rome and forged the Church of England. Year Five discovered some persuasive and formidable letters from Henry VIII to the Pope, and several secret pages of Catherine’s diary, rich in emotional vocabulary and important historical facts!
