In RS this week, Year 5 have been learning about how Hindus celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights. They shared some of our Rama and Sita stories and worked together to create Rangoli patterns using coloured rice. I was delighted to be able to present Charlie with a Head’s Award for her fantastically detailed retelling of the story, on which she had worked so hard over the half term holidays.
