As part of their Stone Age topic, Year 3 have enjoyed completing a combined history/art project on cave art. They have gathered and shared information about this fascinating subject and are proud of the work that they have on display.
Their study of the caves at Dan-yr-Ogof has been developed with a virtual tour of the caves of Lascaux in France where some of the oldest and finest prehistoric art in the world has been discovered.
The girls have also explored the wonders of Skara Brae in the Orkney Islands and look forward to continuing their work on the Stone Age to work in a group to research and build a model of Stonehenge next week.
