Food Revolution Day 2014

June 10, 2014

As part of Food Revolution Day, Year 5 took part in a live cooking lesson led by @JamieOliver.

Food Revolution Day is an annual global day of action that celebrates good fresh real food. The day aimed to get children excited about ingredients by changing their food choices, making them healthier and happier. The girls each made a Rainbow Salad Wrap, using a variety of fresh ingredients. They simultaneously joined children in 117 different countries around the world for this unique food experience, breaking the record for the world’s biggest ever cooking lesson.
