More than 40 players joined in a virtual netball session hosted by Monmouth School for Girls.

In conjunction with the Nova Academy, yesterday’s interactive event featured Severn Stars and Wales International goal-shooter, Georgia Rowe.

Georgia, 25, treated the girls to handling skills, movement drills and defensive tips.

Georgia gained selection for the 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2015 World Cup.

The girls asked excellent questions during the question-and-answer session and were given a wonderful insight into Georgia’s training schedule, her rise through the netball ranks, and how she has trained throughout lockdown.
