NHS staff welcome new protective equipment

April 9, 2020

NHS staff at Nevill Hall Hospital in Abergavenny have been using their new visors and mask holders.

The equipment was made by pupils and staff on 3D printers at Haberdashers’ Monmouth Schools and delivered to the hospital to help in the fight against coronavirus.

Ella, a consultant in A&E Department and the mum of Sam, a Year 6 pupil at Monmouth School Boys’ Prep, said: “The visors are absolutely brilliant – a light and snug fit.”
