Pupils are now able to enjoy an even greater choice of the latest fiction and non-fiction books at Monmouth School for Girls Library, following a recent book fair.

The Scholastic School Book Fair raised over £500 worth of new books for the school, as well as allowing pupils to stock up on their own personal reading through buying books of their own.

Monmouth School for Girls Librarian, Mrs. Lingham, said: “This was a wonderful chance for students to stock up on new fiction and early Christmas presents, as well as being a great way to support their Library.

“The amazing sum raised means we can provide even more fiction and non-fiction books for the whole school community to enjoy.”
