Eleven teenagers gave up their time to help people gain confidence in surfing the web

The girls, all sixth form boarders from Haberdashers’ Monmouth School for Girls, volunteered at the second Monmouth U3A computer workshop on Thursday, November 19.

Girls shared their expertise with U3A members, who range from 55 to 89-years-old, helping them on a one-to-one basis to improve email skills, solve internet problems, Skype and surf website pages.

The workshop takes place at Bridges Community Centre in Monmouth.
