Classics students from Monmouth School for Girls were able to experience the Roman way of Life first-hand recently, with a trip to the Roman Museum in Bath.
Year 10 student Sophia said: “The trip to Bath was really enjoyable. It was great to see what we had been learning about in lessons and I learned a lot more about the Romans and their way of life.
“The Baths are amazing and I’m thankful I had the opportunity to go on this trip.”
Classics teacher, Dr Geisz, added: “It was a busy, sunny day and a great opportunity to explore the baths complex and sanctuary”.
