The boys in Prep I joined with the girls in Year 3 at Inglefield House on Thursday for a walk up to the top of the Kymin. Luckily the weather was favourable and the sun shone all day. As a result they had a lovely picnic followed by a play in the grounds of The Roundhouse. Old friends were reunited and new friendships were forged between the boys and the girls throughout the day as they spent time in their house colours working on different activities. They all completed a mapping activity – identifying the landmarks of Monmouth, a nature hunt, art activities and all made a ‘leaf crown’.
