A note from the Head of Monmouth School Boys’ Prep
It’s always great fun to accompany a school group on a residential trip; the opportunity to get to know the boys outside of the normal school environment is a real pleasure and a privilege. With two residential trips out at the same time this week, I was unable to accompany them both. I really enjoyed the one-night stay at the Wye Valley YHA in Welsh Bicknor with the delightful Prep I boys. It was a bit of an adventure getting them through the snow but I am really glad all of our planned activities could go ahead as scheduled this week. As Mr Dorman and Mr Arrand said in the Clarion messages on Sunday, let’s hope we have seen the last of the snow for this year at least!
