We started the new football season with Year 5 and 6 House matches on Wednesday afternoon. Despite the shocking weather of late, the sun even managed to make an appearance. As always, the afternoon was hotly contested and many of the boys displayed promising performances for the season ahead. The Year 5 event was won by Raleigh, who beat Drake on penalties following a very tight final. In the Year 6 event, Drake beat Nelson to retain their title.
