Former Monmouth student, Jeremy Lawlor, scooped a top honour at Glamorgan County Cricket Club’s end-of-season awards.
The ex-Monmouth School for Boys’ ace was named Glamorgan’s Second team Player of the Year on Friday 28th September.
He received the award from Glamorgan second team coach Steve Watkin and Alastair Wilson, events director at Orchard.
Jeremy, aged 22, hit centuries against Somerset and Middlesex to force his way into Glamorgan’s first team.
The Old Monmothian then snapped up 3-59 against Sussex at Hove in the County Championship to highlight his all-round ability.
