Monmouth School VI.1 clarinettist Tomos has been awarded his ABRSM Diploma with Distinction.

Tomos, who had his first clarinet lesson as a pupil of The Grange, has been playing for eight years. Director of Music David Lawson said ‘We’re all very proud of Tomos – he plays beautifully and deserves this very advanced award. We should also be grateful to his teacher Mark Simmons, who plays all over the world and has been a brilliant influence on Tomos’s playing’.
