Monmouth School Sports Club has been kitted out with brand new gym equipment to make sure members have access to state-of-the-art facilities.

Manager, Ian MacDonald, said: “We have freshened up the gym with new flooring, new lighting and new strength kit.

“We’ve renewed all of our free weights and had a new leg press, pec deck, lat pull and three multi-exercise machines which work legs, arms and abs.

“It’s always nice to see the club moving forwards and investing in the future and it’s good for lifting the boys’ motivation.

“We’re always looking for ways to keep the club’s services and facilities as modern as we can and there are future plans for improvements in the changing rooms.”
