Congratulations to Rowan who, over the summer, retained his European Canicross Mountain title (Trophee des Montagnes). The competition was done against the magnificent backdrop of the Alps, and Rowan completed the 20km staged event with a lead of 13+ minutes.

Next stop are the European Championships in the Czech Republic in the middle of October, where Rowan will be defending the title he won last year. Good luck, Rowan, from all here at Monmouth School!
